The former powder mill

Date of construction: sec. XVIII

The edifice was built of stone and brick, the materials being similar to those used to build the Alba Carolina citadel in the 18th century, its initial use being that of a powder mill. It has a rectangular plan with a major jutty on the Northern side looking onto the princely palace. The building is situated approximately 150 m North of the curtain of the "Saint Stephan" bastion.
