Date of construction: sec. XVIII

The edifice was built in stone and brick in the 18th century, initially serving as a dwelling. It has a rectangular plan with an accentuated jutty on the wing looking onto the Austrian fortification defense walls. The building can be found at a distance of around 50 m from the defense walls which connect the "Holy Trinity" and "Saint Stephan" bastions.
